Session 4 Overview
This session will help you find ways to strengthen your inspired self, so that you can envision yourself at your very best. You will learn to distinguish your inspired self from the more impulsive side of yourself that is more likely to give in to cravings. You will then learn about habits that can be incorporated into your daily life to deal with harmful impulses, strengthen your sense of purpose, and cultivate the healthy person that you were meant to be.
