Session 6 Overview

In this session, we will note how hard it is to deal with the problem of pornography solely on your own. You will learn how to identify and access resources in your life, social and spiritual, that can support you as you make difficult changes. We will also talk about some of the barriers that can get in the way of finding the support you need. You will be encouraged to develop a support network and a plan to make the best use of your network.
